- 02Design 10 tests a week.10 new test designs in Figma, on your desk every Monday. You click through them and pick the ones you like, and your picks are built and queued behind the live test.
- 03Keep 3 tests queued at all times.The next 2 to 3 tests are built before the live one ends, and the next goes live that same day. So every key page is testing at least 95% of the time.
